How It Works at LehmanMD
With a direct care model there is a monthly fee to be a member of this practice. This fee allows us to:
Primary Care Membership Pricing
Individual
$25 per monthFamily
$50 per monthIn addition to the monthly membership fee there are charges for each visit. If you have any other insurance (or none at all!) then LehmanMD is OUT OF NETWORK and you are responsible for paying the following at the time of service.
*Dr. Lehman may show up as in network but the address will only be for work done at OSUWMC.

3 months of Unlimited texting, emails, calls for support and encouragement
Insurance and Payments
Membership in LehmanMD is not health insurance, is not subject to the insurance laws of this state, and does not meet any individual health
At this time Dr. Lehman is only contracted (in network) with Ohio State Health Plan. The goal is to keep prices reasonable so that you can decide if you want to work with your insurance, an HSA/FSA account, or simply pay out of pocket.
Dr. Lehman is excited to contract with Reimbursify so that LehmanMD can directly submit your out of network claims to your insurance for you! Forget about losing the superbill and finding where to submit your claims. Now you can take something off your to do list and let us do the hard work. Also, if there are denials or questions with your insurance Reimbursify will help you get your payment with no additional fees.
I know this is not traditional, but the “normal” way of doing things isn’t working for you or for me so something has to change! I hope this model will prove to elevate your care and allow us to work together without external influences and really allow us to partner to nurture you and nurture your family!
Membership and Out of Network Insurance Example
Suzy Q decides she wants to join the LehmanMD practice. She signs an agreement with LehmanMD and starts an automatic withdrawal for $25 per month with her bank account. She schedules her annual physical a week later. At the visit she pays $250 for her visit and LehmanMD submits the bill to her
insurance company through Reimbursify. Once the insurance company has processed the claim they applied the allowed amount of $175 to her out of network deductible. Everyone has a different plan and different deductible to meet before the insurance will cover services. We will answer any questions we can regarding this process!
Each month Suzy pays $25 for her membership so when she has a question, needs a refill, or has an acute need she can reach Dr. Lehman quickly and directly. She is seen in the office or on video within 1-2 business days when she needs.
